Sachin Tendulkar’s New House Photos Videos Address Cost

Sachin Tendulkar is an most popular world class cricket player, he play for indian team. Most of his fans called him as a Cricket God or God og Cricket.

Sachin recently moved to a new house in  located on Bandra’s West Perry Cross Road. The second basement of the house can hold 45-50 cars at a time. The first basement includes the kitchen, master surveillance room and servant quarters. The ground floor comprises of large drawing room with a separate dining space for the entire family and a temple of Lord Ganesha on the ground floor premises.


The floor will also house a special display area where Sachin’s innumerable medals and trophies will be kept.

Sachin's Dream House Highlights
  1. His dream house name is “Dorab Villa”.
  2. Sachin Buys 100 Crore Insurance Cover for his dream house.
  3. Tendulkar had bought the Dorab Villa from Satra Group, for around Rs 35 crore.
  4. Dorab Villa home has an interior garden which looks like a snail.
  5. The living room also has a jelly-fish shaped couch and is said to have been built around a well in the floor.  
  6. The villa has a temple, living and dining rooms, besides arrangements for showing distinct awards and trophies won by Tendulkar who holds most of the batting records and is one short of completing a century of international tons – will inhabit most of the ground floor.
  7. TV is fixed in between the living room with round circle of cosy sofas.
  8. The top floor has Sachin-Anjali’s bedroom, whereas the rooms of their two children – son Arjun and daughter Sara, and a guest room will take over the two floors below.
  9. The kitchen is tongue shaped and looks like it is growing out of a wall. It looks something odd.
  10.  The beds are made in a plain way.
  11. The accessories in the bathrooms, like the showers and the taps are shaped like trunks and cascades, to complete the ‘living-underwater’ experience. The bathroom wall seems like the skin patch of snake.
  12. Coming to the basement, the first one will inhabit servant quarters and master surveillance room, whereas second basement has been kept for Tendulkar’s other passion – cars.
  13. There is also a swimming pool and a gymnasium on the terrace.
  14. The villa also has high-walled fencing, CCTV cameras and sensors.
